Garmin<\/a> has released a stable update for the Forerunner 570 and Forerunner 970 smartwatches, marking the conclusion of the 15.xx testing cycle that began in mid-September 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Software version 15.16 introduces new features and resolves multiple issues. Additions include the sleep-focused Health Glance feature, first introduced with the Venu 4, and a rolling pace data field for more dynamic tracking. Users can now manage notification preferences on a per-app basis, while Morning Report and Evening Report summaries are accessible through the Notification Center. New control options allow closing a training alert using the down key and dismissing a smart notification by covering the screen with a palm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
