The AOC Agon U32G4U has been introduced as a more feature-rich alternative to the AG325QZN. This model replaces the 240 Hz QHD panel of its predecessor with a 32-inch 4K IPS display, offering refresh rate options of 160 Hz at 4K or 320 Hz at 1080p, catering to both high-resolution and high-frame-rate gaming preferences.
The panel supports Adaptive Sync to minimize screen tearing and has a response time of 0.5 ms. While AOC hasn’t specified color gamut coverage or accuracy, the peak brightness of 450 nits is relatively high for its price category. However, the lack of local dimming limits its HDR performance. The screen features an anti-glare coating to reduce reflections in well-lit environments.

Connectivity includes two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack, but there is no USB-C support. AOC has included four USB-A ports for peripherals. The ergonomic stand offers height adjustment up to 5.1 inches, tilt functionality, and pivot rotation for portrait mode. Display settings can be managed through the AOC G-Menu app on Windows, eliminating the need to navigate physical on-screen controls.
The AOC Agon U32G4U is scheduled for release in mid-October at an MSRP of €459 in Europe. It includes both HDMI and DisplayPort cables, and comes with a three-year manufacturer warranty. Availability outside of Europe, including the US, has not been confirmed.
